2.  Organize- Plan your work, work your plan.
3.  Draft-        Bake your cake-  Don't measure.
4.  Revise-     SF, V, I, O, WC
5.  Edit-         Grammar only!-  Frosting.
6.  Publish-    Perfect, gets a star.
